The schedule template
When you submit a schedule basis, you use the template for the current study period, which you can find below.

Save the schedule template template, fill in the requested information and attach the schedule document to the Service Portal, or by email to schema@miun.se
Make a schedule like last year
If you want to schedule as last year, you do not need to fill in the schedule template, but we do need the course code and registration code for the course you want to schedule as last year. Also remember to notify us on the schedule function if there is to be any change from last year's schedule on e.g. staff, some order, room requests, picture presentation, special lab, special room, number of students.
If your course code is new for this year, we need your old course code to find last year's schedule and schedule based on that.

Start-up help
When your schedule is published and you need technical support or start-up help in a room, please create a case in the Service Portal under the category Start-up help. Be sure to create a separate case for each time and place where start-up help is desired.
Hint! Pre-book a technology tour well in advance of your lecture for the best possible preparation for the start of the course. You can also do this via the Service Portal under the category Start-up Assistance Service Portal
Important to keep in mind
In order for the student to have access to their schedule no later than four weeks before the start of the course, we need to have your documentation well in advance of the start of the course.
