We create a schedule with the student in focus for four study periods/year and which should be completed four weeks before the start of the course.
Important dates
In order for the student to have access to their schedule no later than 4 weeks before the start of the course, we need to have your documentation submitted to the schedule function no later than the date specified for each semester.
Schedules for reading period 3 are published
9 december we published schedules for Reading Period 3.
It is important that you check that your schedule has the right number of sessions and that it is at the right course, programme litter and location. Also check if any schedule crashes are working.
Specific requests for dates and times in a schedule can not always be met in detail as we need to take into account, among other things, size of student groups, campus/house weeks, need for technology and special rooms. We would like to receive your requests for adjustments to the schedule before December 23.

August 30 is the last day to submit for Study period 2/Course periods 3 and 4
October 30 is the last day to submit for Study period 3/Course periods 5 and 6
December 30 is the last day to submit for Study period 4/Course periods 7 and 8
Publishing schedule on the web
Study period 1/Course period 1 and 2: mid-June

Schedule-free Wednesdays
The last Wednesday of the month shall be schedule-free after 3 p.m. according to a previous principal's decision.
