Background
I hold a PhD in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), as well as a BSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and an MSc in Finance from SSE. My professional background includes experience from investment banking internships, industry roles as an analyst, and freelance consulting, with a primary focus on quantitative analysis alongside strategic and academic advisory work. I have a strong methodological background in programming and quantitative methods, including Python-based data collection and processing, large-scale data analysis, natural language processing, and the application of large language models (LLMs) in data processing workflows.
