IMD department days 4‑5 February 2026
Welcome to register for the IMD department days hosted by the department heads. We will meet at campus Sundsvall, room M108 for daily sessions, and at Södra Berget for social activities and dinner in the evening.
Hotel rooms at Södra Berget will be provided for those of you travelling from Östersund or elsewhere to Sundsvall. Transportation options will be provided after registration closes.
Please register as soon as possible by filling out your information below. Registration is open until December 14.

07:30–10:00 Transportation for those of you coming from Östersund to Sundsvall
10:30–12:00 Welcome session, department information (M108)
12:00–13:00 Lunch at/near campus
13:00–15:30 AI in day-to-day work, coffee break included (M108)
15:30–16:00 Bus transport to Södra Berget
16:00–18:30 Social activities such as skiing or bowling
19:00 Dinner at Södra Berget

08:30–10:15 M108 Session, theme: Research collaboration project presentations, coffee break included (M108)
10:15–12:00 M108 Closing session, theme: Internationalisation opportunities for staff (M108)
12:00–13:00 Lunch at/near campus
13:00– Return trip
