Digitalisation of organisations and lifelong learning
Digitalisation of organisations and lifelong learning focuses on how digital technologies transform organisations and lifelong learning. Of particular interest is how the conditions for professional development of employees in a society infused by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technologies.
The research area explores in what ways emerging technologies impact the conditions for organisational development and learning in formal and informal contexts. While the research area is primarily focused on Sweden and the Nordic region, it adopts a strong international perspective through research collaborations in Australia, Europe and North America.
Research aim
The overall aim is to analyse i) the influence of digital technologies on designing for organisational development and lifelong learning, and ii) the conditions for learning in organisations in a digitally infused society.
